Registering:
Simply register on the website and our images will be available for you to download and use.
Registration will generate a personal account which holds your order history and a pricing calculator.
Select a login and password and enter your contact details.
There are two payment methods, by credit card OR by Purchase Order, tick the box to select.
1. If you tick Purchase Order we will send you an invoice for any images ordered. Please note You will need to apply and then be approved as a PO user to be able to download hi res images and order online.
Anyone wanting to be a PO user will need to be approved by us before ordering, we can only do this during our office hours 9 - 5.30 GMT. Once approved you would then need to log out and log in again before you can start ordering and downloading.
2. If you select credit card you will need to enter the card details.
Please note to change your selection at a later date you need to update your information in the MY ACCOUNT tab after you have logged-in.
Password
If you have forgotten your password. Go to the login page and click on the ‘Forgot password’ tab, enter your email address and a temporary password will be sent to you.
Download times
Many images are high-resolution files and can be downloaded to your desktop within 15 minutes. These can be identified by a rainbow circle symbol next to the image

If you chose an image without the above symbol it will need scanning (there is no extra charge for scanning). Please allow one hour if ordering between 09.00 - 17.00 GMT. If ordering outside this time your order cannot be picked up until the next working day.
Ordering by phone, email or fax
Please read the information on the Contact Us tab before ordering an image. We will require asset ID numbers for the images you need which can be found next to the image for example, Asset ID: 45076176. Do provide us with us much information of the licence you require so we can quote you a price. We do expect to invoice any hi res images that are sent out to clients.
